UNOV is looking for qualified professionals in a wide variety of fields including general administration, finance, human resources, procurement, security, information technology and conference services. The UNOV in Vienna has around 700 employees. Gender parity and geographical diversity are an integral part of his personnel policy. Jobs for young professionals (JPO)

The JPO program offers young professionals with a university or college degree the opportunity to gain work experience in the United Nations Secretariat. These Associate Experts usually have little or no professional experience, are recruited under bilateral agreements between the United Nations and donor countries, and work on development projects or in regional projects or activities within the broad scope of the United Nations.
