Overseas military bases, prisons and after

Guernsey, Anguilla, Ascension, Bermuda, British Indian Ocean Territories, British Antarctic Territories, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Jersey, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, Saint Helena, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Mayotte, Reunion, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint Pierre et Miquelon, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Martin, French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Wallis and Futuna.

The following types of delivery are possible:

Standard: Estimated delivery time 3 to 5 working days

Express: Estimated delivery time 2 to 3 working days

The delivery time and the type of delivery you have chosen will be confirmed in the order confirmation.

The delivery period must not exceed 30 days, unless you expressly agree to a later date.

If you order individually manufactured products, the manufacturing time for these individual products will be added to the delivery time of the selected delivery type.

Should you inappropriately postpone delivery or delay receipt of the delivery after we have notified you that we have attempted to deliver the products you have ordered, or if you have given us an incorrect delivery address and delivery fails, that will Package sent back to us. If the products are not delivered for a period of seven working days after the first attempt at delivery and are returned to us as undeliverable, we have the right to withdraw from the contract and you will be refunded in accordance with the provisions of Article 9.

We are not liable for delayed or undeliverable deliveries if the delay or undeliverability is not due to our fault or our invoice, in accordance with the statutory provisions or generally accepted principles.

We recommend that you inspect the package and the products received within 14 (fourteen) days of their delivery to you, and check their condition and the entire contents of the package. If the products are damaged or missing, please contact our customer service (contact details in Article 14 below).
