Green coffee recipe

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • approx. 10 g green organic coffee ground Honduras
  • about 200 ml of hot water
  • depending on taste: sugar, honey or cardamom

TIP: The best results are achieved by using filter water or distilled water.

Preparation:

  1. Pour the ground green coffee into a cup and pour hot water (approx. 90 ° C) over it.
  2. Let it steep for about 10 minutes and then filter the brew through a fine sieve.
  3. The valuable green coffee is ready to drink! It can now be refined with sugar, honey or cardamom, depending on your taste.

Taste: Green coffee does not taste like traditional roast coffee. The drink has few aromas and a neutral, slightly tart pea taste, similar to green tea.


Dosage: 1 cup before each main meal
