New: Virtual Moodle consultation hours

Office hours for questions about Moodle

The current activity and access figures show that the Moodle learning management system, at least since the start of the hybrid semester, has become one of the central pillars of current online teaching.

However, the increased use of Moodle and the in-depth examination of the elements and functions available there are inevitably associated with questions and the need for support. In order to be able to cope with this challenge in the best possible way and, above all, together, the Moodle Competence Center offers virtual consultation hours for questions and functions in the context of Moodle in the summer semester. A virtual conference room specially set up for this purpose offers you the opportunity to discuss your questions directly with our experts and to work out solutions together, e.g. using screen sharing.

Regardless of whether you are working with Moodle for the first time this semester and need an explanation of the basic functions, or you have already gained experience and are now faced with the challenge of a specific implementation - take advantage of the virtual consultation hour!

This offer is aimed at all Moodle users of the UDE who want to find out more about Moodle from the basics to advanced topics.

The open office hours take place weekly in the following time slots (please note the current change):

Wednesdays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Note: As we strive to provide 1: 1 support, you may end up on hold before we can add you to the session. In this case we ask for your patience. Leave the relevant page open (no update / re-registration necessary) so that we can call you in as soon as capacity is available.

Here you can go directly to the virtual office hours! (Attention: new room !!!)
